Since our inception, TEPRO’s organisation has been based on teamwork: our objective is for information to flow from the field into our offices and vice versa while there is a simultaneous information flow between technicians from different teams. Fundamental to this are our scheduled periodical meetings as well as the between-team support whose aims is to facilitate the transmission of ideas and mutual enrichment by sharing their different experiences. In TEPRO, therefore, communication is an essential factor.
